Sales and Marketing - Tele Sales

Responsibilities


  • Deliver prepared sales talk that describe company's introduction and Software products or services, in order to persuade potential corporate customers
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations
  • Updating information of all calls into company‚Äôs database

Requirements

  • At least one year tele-marketing would be preferred in the area of Software
  • Good telephone etiquette with good command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and excel
  • Respect for and self-motivated to meet assigned targets which when met will have commission rewards
  • Well-disciplined and is able to work independently with minimum supervision

Sales Manager (IT/Software)

Responsibilities


  • Responsible for account planning, pipeline management, customer engagements, solution presentation and revenue target attainment for SEA market. You will drive towards hitting target revenue by new business & cross selling in install base, proactively seeking and growing territory client list. You will work closely with pre-sales, products, marketing and engineering (software) to answer to client's requirements.
  • Remain focused on achievement of sales strategies and targets through targeting key clients, identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and sell products and services in manufacturing and warehousing sector
  • Drive revenue generation and deliver significant value to clients through undertaking research and gaining an in-depth understanding of client needs
  • Ensure the company presence and reputation is maximised with clients, partners, analysts and special interest groups
  • Effectively build and optimise long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with clients
  • Undertake formal presentations to clients
  • Provide informed input to proposal and tender submissions as required

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales achievement in manufacturing and warehousing sector
  • At least 3 years in software sales with proven success in managing & closing complex sales
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry
  • Proven ability in the achievement of quarterly sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic, and an attention to detail
  • Experience in selling Microsoft Navison/Dynamics, SAP B1 And Infor ERP preferred

Technical Consultant

Responsibilities


  • Play a key role in the development of all aspects of ERP applications and their components using appropriate tool set.
  • Conduct application unit testing and assist with system, integration, stress and regression testing
  • Understand and adhere to SDLC methodology/specifications for application development.
  • Contribute to the technical code documentation.
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles and object oriented methodologies.
  • Good understanding of architecture, performance tuning

Requirements

  • A good degree in Bachelor Computer Science/IT or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 - 5 years of strong hands-on experience in system analysis and design, system development and enhancement.
  • A Developer that will work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Good exposure in full SDLC experience, GUI design and implementation.
  • Good object-oriented programming concepts.
  • SQL Server 2008 database administration and stored procedures, functions, triggers
  • Crystal Reports / SSRS experience highly desirable
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work independently to meet project deadlines with minimum supervision.
  • Infor SyteLine knowledge is an advantage
